Master Scuba Diver Trainer

After Open Water Scuba Instructor, Specialties Instructor the Master Scuba Dive Trainer is the third level of Instructor rating you can receive from PADI. In order to complete this program you must be an Open Water Scuba Instructor and Specialties Instructor. With an additional 5 instructor specialties to those gained during your Asisstant Instructor training.

You must also master your teaching skills while certifying no less than 25 divers. Upon completion you will receive the coveted MSDT rating. At Neptune's Dive College an introduction to this program is offered as and add on to your training.

The program is 1 month long. Expectations from the MSDT candidate are extremely high as they will be responsible for assistance and training of the Dive Master and Instructor Internship Students.

 

Pre-requisites / Tuition

 

Pre-Requisites Neptune's IDC Graduates


* Graduate of Neptune's Internship Program and IDC
* Minimum passing score of 85% on all IDC exams
* 5 Specialties Instructor Rating
* Able to complete DM stamina requirements
* Submit MSDT application
* Interview with Course Director, and Teaching staff

Pre-Requisites-Paid Internship


* Must be an Open Water Scuba Instructor or attending
* Minimum Passing Score all IDC exams 75%
* On active teaching status
* Have complete set of scuba equipment
* Have complete set of Instructor manuals
* Instructor rating in 5 diving specialties
* Able to complete the DM stamina skills

Tuition

Tuition is free for those Graduates of Neptune's Internship Program who are invited to participate free of charge.

Graduates not offered the free program receive a discount off the price of the tuition.
